We keep it simple. No fluff, no corporate fine print. Just straight-up info so you know when your gear’s landing and what happens if it’s not right.

📦 Delivery

  • UK Orders → 3–5 working days (First Class Royal Mail – ÂŁ3.99).
    • Free UK P&P on orders over ÂŁ55 – so yeah, if you grab a hoodie, shipping’s on us.
  • Europe → Delivery times vary, usually 5-10 working days (Standard – ÂŁ8.99 GBP).
  • Rest of the World → Allow 7-14 working days (Standard – ÂŁ16.99 GBP).

You’ll get tracking sent to the email or phone number you drop at checkout. Always check your tracking first before chasing us, it’s faster and usually has the answer.

Customs Fees: If your country charges import duty/tariffs, that’s on you. We don’t cover customs, the ride is yours to finish at the border.

🔄 Returns

Not vibing with your order? Wrong fit? All good.

  • You’ve got 30 days from shipment confirmation to return or exchange.
  • Gear must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.
  • Refunds usually hit your account within 5–10 working days after we receive the gear.
  • To start a return: hit us up at info@1venture.co.uk.

UK Returns → We’ll cover it. Easy swap or refund.

International Returns →

  • If it’s on us (wrong item, faulty gear), we’ll make it right and cover you.
  • If it’s just a change of mind or size swap, you’ll need to cover the return shipping. We’re a small brand, not Amazon Prime.

Returns after 30 days, we can’t accept gear that’s clearly been thrashed, you wouldn’t want second-hand sweat either.

  • Ride or Refund (30 Days): If it doesn’t fit right or doesn’t feel like you, swap it or refund – no stress.
  • 90-Day Quality Check: If your gear shows a fault – stitching, prints, or build quality – we’ll make it right.
  • Not Covered: Normal wear + tear, crash damage, or ignoring care instructions.

We stand by what we make. If it fails on us, we fix it.
